Hello, Everyone :)
Day 2 of Beauty Week and today I am sharing a little bronze gold natural make up look I have been rocking lately. It's just a really natural looking make up that is great for everyday errand runnings or for a nice date night dinner, lunch, breakfast....any food :D, shopping trip...it's just good for anything really if I do say so myself :)
As you can see there is nothing too outgoing about this look. It's just a nice bronze gold look. Because I look so pale lately as well I have been piling on the bronzer just to make myself feel better :D

e.l.f. Haul and mini reviews
Hello, Everyone :)
If you are following me on Instagram, and if you are not then head over to my Instagram account and please do so NOW :D, you will have noticed I got a bunch of e.l.f. products recently. And I thought I will do a review on them and share my favorites with you guys :)
These are all the things I got :) They were all on sale either 2 pounds or under, because they were having the site closing down sale. SO bargains all around. And also the reason why I went a bit crazy and got so many. The whole lot cost me about 30 pounds :o
I will be honest and say I have not tried all of them out on my face just yet. There are a lot of things to try out and there isn't enough hours in a day in my life at the moment to try them all out. Also I got a lot of darker shades of foundation products for summer months, which means they do not fit my skintone just yet. But I have used quite a few of them already, because I just couldn't wait.
Also the annoying thing is that their UK website, where I ordered all my thing is now closed :( so you will have to either get them delivered by international delivery from their USA site or get them on Amazon :) Or find them in the shop. The thing with finding them on the shop is that they might not actually be available any more or they might be sold out :( But there I am still going to tell you all about my fabulous e.l.f products :)
I will also say that the original website has SOOOO many more producst to choose from than the UK one had, so it's probably a good thing you have to now go there and explore.
But here are the products I will talk about. Look at them, they are sooo pweeety :) :D
I will start with the blushes.
I saw this video on youtube with this purple colour NARS blush. And I'm so sorry, but I can't get myself to buying a 20 pound blush :( even though I would really like to :D
So when I saw this 1.50 HD blush in this amazing dark purple colour called ''showstopper'' I had to get it. It's a cream blush and it's so pigmented, that when I got it and tried it out on my hand it took me a day to get it off :D It looked like I was badly bruised. But on the cheeks....OH MY...it's beautiful. Escpecially with tanned skin, this is the perfect shade. And you need like half of half a drop of this...even less probably. I also realllllly realllly like the packaging. It's a pump jar and it just looks super cool and it's easy to dispense. I also got another colour called ''Diva'' which is a cool fuchsia pink. But I love the purple one :) The pink one is a lot creamier and the purple one is a bit more tense and powdery. But the colour payoff from both of these is amaaaasing ;)
Then there are these cream blushes. I will be honest and say that I have never actually tried cream blushes before (ashamed). And I will tell you to go and get one right now. Cream blushes are the thing. I use my real techniques duo fibre brush to apply these and the result is so pretty and flushed. I got the three colors that were still available and I'm loving the hot pink one in the shade of ''Heartbreaker''. I also got a more taupe/brown one in ''Temptress'' and a more earthy pink shade ''Tease''
I don't think this picture does any justice to the colours. They are a lot nicer in real life.
This is the blush I got because I was hoping the same kind of colour as the HD purple one but in a powder form. It's not really the colour I got though. It's their mineral blush in the shade of ''plum'', but I think it's more like a shade of brown poo :D....Not too happy about this one right here, but not completely disappointed either. Maybe I will grow to love it.
I had to baby wipe the table, because that silly hd purple blush went EVERYWHERE :D
Continuing with the mineral powder range. I got 3 shades of their mineral foundation. All of them, which are too dark for me at the moment. But the darkest one I tried as a contour and loooooved. This is the shade ''deep'' and it is so blendable, which you would expect from a foundation, but it's so good for contouring. Because it is such a dark colour it is perfect for shading. And because it's so blendable there are no harsh lines. LOVE this one. And I'm so glad I went for it even though it's not my shade. And this just shows that the product is so versatile. I think I could even get away with using it as a shaded liner with a damp brush :) we will see.
I forgot to take a picture there ... whooops :D
Then I got some single eyeshadows. I have told you how I really like the single pots, as I don't really ever use all the colours from palettes, which is a waste. So I got 2 pigment eyeshadows in colour ''I have no idea ;D the name was on the box and I threw the boxes away :D'' But they do have serial nr' thingys on them...so the purple shade is #d28 and the green one is #d30. They came in these tiny, awsome, cool little pots with a brush (which I will probably never use as it's too short) and the colours are just perfect for my green eyes :) love these two. And then I also got a matte eyeshadow pot in the shade nr #d21 . I have not tried this one out on my lids yet. but the colour is sooo pretty :)
The pigment eye shadows have a really pretty sheen and none of that tacky glitter :) I like them a lot.
And another product I wanted to talk about that I got was the conditioning lip balm in ''peaceful pink''
This has been in my bag since the day I receiver it. It's so pretty pink and it does leave my lips super nice and soft. And it's that perfect earthy pink tone that is very subtle for every day use. The only thing I don't like about it is the smell :S It smells like L'oreal rouge edition lipsticks :D And I really hate that smell. It just reminds me of the smell that old lipsticks have...you know the ones you played with at your grandmas when you were little. But it's not too bad, because you can't smell it once it's already applied.
Forgot the picture...what is wrong with me :D :D ?? It's on the try out lot picture so I even had it right there, but no...no picture :D
I did get a few more things that you can probably see on the top picture but these few were my favourites from the bunch. I got a few more lip products and some glow bronzer and a few more darker foundation and concealer items. But all in all e.l.f. has not disappointed me at all. And the one thing I kind of forgot to mention is that the packaging of all these products is so amazing. They look super. That is all I'm going to say...SUPER :D

Daily Makeup Routine
I'm going to start the post by saying, I don't think there is any need to wear make up every day, specially when all you do is stay at home. But even going out...if you don't want to wear make up then I think you have every right not to. It's all about feeling confident in yourself.
I don't wear makeup daily, I don't think I need to. I do have a few blemishes and a bit of uneven skintone, I've got redness and my skin is not as tight anymore as it use to be, but it's fine...I'm ok with that.
But sometimes there are these days, when you maybe just want a little pick me up, or maybe you don't feel as confident. I mean we all have these days, and those are the days when I have a simple makeup routine.
I do like playing around with different products and colour, but for my daily makeup I have my old favorites :)
The before and after pictures are completely unedited, just so you can get a clear view of the changes :)
They are also pretty bad quality :D ever so sorry, I am in search for a good compact camera, so hopefully soon enough I would be able to have better quality photos :) Also it's really rainy today and it got really dark, which is why the colours are different...I had to turn the light on
These are all the products and brushes I used
I start off by applying the Rimmel London Stay Matte liquid mousse foundation in colour 100 Ivory.
I love how it just evens out and makes my skin look really smooth. And I use the real techniques stippling brush to apply it.
Then I use the Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Bronzer. This only costs 4 pounds, but I think it's amazing. The colour is really nice and intense. And the name of the colour is Ready To Go.
I apply it with a big blush brush.
Then i add a bit of highlighter at the top of my cheekbones, just under the eyes. And I use an angled blush brush. This highlighter is a new buy from Revlon in the clour 020 Rose Glow
The next thing I do is my brows, because my hair is actually light brown ( I die my hair dark) my eyebrows don't really match, so I colour them in using the Collection Work the Colour Eyebrow kit. I use the middle colour and an angles eyebrow brush. The
One of the last things I do is my eyeshadow. I use the Maybelline colour Tattoo cream eyeshadow in colour 35 - On and on Bronze as a base and then use the Revlon Photoready eyeshadow set in 505 Impressionist on top.
I use the primer (the bottom right colour) all over my lid on top of the color tattoo shadow, and then with a soft blending brush add the medium brown colour in the creases of the eyes. I then use an angled shadow brush to add the darkest colour in the outer corner of my eyes and blend it out. Finish it off with mascara. Today I used the Estee lauder Sumptuous Extreme mascara (picture above)

And I use the Revlon Colourburst Lip Butter in the 095 Creme Brulee shade :) I really love these lip butters, the colours are so pretty and they do make your lips really soft. I love this nude one as a daily lippy and I keep it with me for a top up when I need one :)
Also If you have a post request or a product you would want me to try out for you, leave a comment below :)
Have a happy rainy weekend everyone :)

September Favourites 2014
Good morning, everyone :)
This post is about my September favourites. Beauty, fashion and food.
FOOD
I will start with food. Because it will be the smallest part of this post. Last month our favourite food was sea bass. D has started eating more fish, and sea bass is so easy and quick(we need quick meals because we have this little demanding man to take care of :D) to cook. Just pan fry it for a couple of minutes on each side (I like to fry the skin side more to get it crispy) and add a knob of pesto butter...voila...done...and delicious :) It is quite pricey though so we usually have it once a week. Also if we would have it more often we would get sick of it...probably :D
These 3 nail varnish colours. I am loving the pastels at the moment. They are by MUA and were only 1 pound each :)

FASHION
My favourite fashion buy was this bag. It's from New Look but looks so much more expensive in my opinion (I paid £19.99 for it). I am loving the dark blue colours these days and the beads just add a little bit of something extra to it. I do still need a good shoulder bag, and I've been drooling over a Alexander Wang slouch bag :( But I must be sensible, so I'll be on the lookout for a high street substitute.
Another favourite fashion item is this kimono style flowery short sleeve jacket thingy :D I hope the weather will turn warm again like the weather man said (they are expecting an indian summer in England this October) and I will be able to wear it without having to put a jacket on it.
I have also been wearing my River Island boots pretty much daily (picture here )
JEWELLERY
These earrings were actually gifts for my birthday.
The bow diamante ones I got from my friends. I had mentioned to one of them that I have been on the lookout for a good bow earrings since I lost one from my previous pair and she'd remembered :) These are Ted Baker and I will definitely be wearing them a lot.
This second pair I will not be wearing a lot because I'll be too scared to lose them. These were a gift from D :) The green stone is actually Oscars birthstone, which makes them even more special. I think they are just so beautiful and classy, but I do have a history of losing earrings :D So I'll wear them on special occasions...guess it's useful they are insured :D
It seems to be all about jewellery for September. I haven't done it on purpose though. But this ring set is my favourite ever since I bought it. I've mostly been using the gold ring with the turqoise stone, because it just matches everything I wear :D
BEAUTY
I already mentioned the L'oreal Micellar water in my Recent Beauty Buys post, but I just have to mention it again on here. It really is the best product I've come across recently. And it's so inexpensive.
Another favourite is actually something I stole ( I actually said I liked it so she gave it to me :D) from my friend Jo :D And it's this Bourjour Paris lip gloss. I really like that it's only a gloss with a bit of colour.
I have been wearing my purple lipstick all summer now, so I think it's time for a change. I also bought a coral lipstick just for those days when I need a little more pop.
These 3 nail varnish colours. I am loving the pastels at the moment. They are by MUA and were only 1 pound each :)
And these were my September Favourites for 2014 :)
What have been your favourites ??? Leave a comment below :)

Recent Beauty Buys
Good Morning, Everyone :)
Before I get to the subject of beauty, I just want to mention that today is the third day we are trying out the schedule to get O sleeping through the night. If you want to try it out as well, then this is where you can find it. I will let you guys know about the progress.
But back to the post now :)
I have done a few beauty purchases over the last few weeks, so I thought I'll share them with you all.
Firstly I must show you this makeup organiser. I have it in the bathroom, as this is where I do my make up. We get the morning sun on that side of the building, which makes it really great and light. I am planning to get a bigger mirror though just for no good reason :D
The drawers are not big enough to hold all my makeup, but it fits the things I use the most, so it's perfect. I got it from Amazon and it was about £20 pounds :) You can get these kind of containers from Muji, but they are a bit more pricey in there. I got the small 2 drawer one from there, that now hold D's razors and creams and things. I use old Douwe Egberts coffee jars to hold my brushes.
The second best beauty buy I've done, was getting these makeup brushes. You can find all of them and then some on the crownbrush website :) Use code SILVERSEPT to get 30% off the Backstage brush range :) Be quick though, because I've got a feeling this code only works until the end of September :D
I'm also trying out new shampoo and conditioner. Just because they were more than half price :) And a L'oreal heat protection spray(forgot to take a picture) because I blow dry my hair pretty much every other day and straighten my hair at least 3 times a week. The only problem with the heat protection spray is that its really slippery when it gets on the floor :D Me and D both almost fell on our asses the first time I used it. I really don't like the smell of the conditioner though, so I won't be buying it again once I've used up this bottle.
This conceal and contour palette by Makeup Revolution. The products of this brand are really cheap, but actually really cool. I got their bronzer and blush as well. And the colours are actually quite concentrated and stay on very well. I thought the creamy concealers will melt off with sweat, but once they are set with a powder they stay. I'll be buying a few of their eye shadow palettes as well, because they've got some funky ones :) I will start out with one in the beginning though, because they might not stay on as well as the face palette. I'll let you know how it goes.
L'oreal Micellar water. This is meant to just swipe off the day and get rid of makeup without having to wash or scrub...and I must say....it works. I actually think it's one of my favourite products I've tried recently and will continue to use.
Hope you enjoyed the post.
Stay tuned :)
